Changing a performance review that has been finalized

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to un-finalize a performance review that's been finalized and make changes to it again.  I've had managers that wanted to change the performance reviews after meeting with the employees because of some points the employees have brought up.  I just haven't seen the option to change the review that has been finalized.
