    "Not Allowed Access" Error When Running Reports

    We have been receiving ocassional errors when running insight reports.  It seems to be happening when a user submits their first report after logging in.  The error message is "You are not allowed to access this site."   I have also received this message on reports I have personally created.  Eventually, I am allowed to run the report after a couple of attenpts.  Has anyone else experience the same problem?  Someone suggested this was related to logging in via the Outlook Plug-in; however, I have received the same error message logging directly into TBE.
