Report Viewer permissions Issue - with 12C upgrade

We upgraded our zone for 12C and now facing issues with Report viewer access. All our report viewer users are not able to access the reports. They are getting session invalid error message, Support is looking into this. But just wanted to see if anyone had the same issue like us. and how it was resolved. Any idea, please?

Users are assigned to New user type "Report Viewer" as well. still they are not able to run the reports.

Please share if you had any issues like this with the upgrade.
