Are Taleo Insight Report Themes Customizable?

I'd like to change the colors on a Taleo Insight Report or make edits to the default themes offered when you're building a new custom insight report. Has anyone done this? Is it possible, or are we limited to the few default themes offered (Borders, Classic, Classic Blue and Blank)?
