How to push EWS when employees were added in batch?

We're drawing near to our go-live date. All the documentation has described a process where a single employee is added to the system which automatically sends out a notification to that employee, providing them with the EWS login info and password change link.

But how do we get that info to them when the employees have already been loaded in batch several weeks before? Can I select all employees and click a button to welcome them and provide the info?
