List View in Employee Information - Multi-rater?

Hi everyone,

I cannot find the list view that would allow me to add a column for multi-rater feedback when you view the performance review through the employee record (see attached).  How do I add a column/field for multi-rater feedback for this page to the Performance Reviews section at the bottom?
