12C5.1 Reset reviews to draft not working or timing out

Hi all,

We are in the process of testing 12C5.1 for deployment and I am seeing some disturbing things on the admin side of the performance module.  The big one right now is that the reset review functionality seems to take longer than normal for single reviews and consequently times out most of the timeHas anyone else run into this issue in 12C?

It seems like most admin tasks in performance are taking longer than they did in 12A.  Can anyone who is on 12C weigh in and confirm that I am correct or tell me I am insane?
