Common skills requisition - posting
Content
Hi, I have a question about requisition posting. As per general practice companies post only one requisition of common skills and match relevant candidate with respective requisitions. The question here is that even if you offer or reject them in the new requisition the native requisition doesn't change candidate's status(I understand that it is the expected behavior from system). I would like to understand is there a workaround to hide their status from native requisition on career sections? i.e. we could create an additional step/status which could make the native applications un-visible .
You might have other workaround for such posting in your companies. Please help me with your suggestions.
