Stucked at one point

Hi,

Am very new to Taleo instance and am a beginer.i have started my learning with taleo recruting and now i got stucked up at a point. if anybody could help me would be highly appreciated.

My problem is:

I have created requistion file and it is in draft status, now i wanted to post this requistion in a career section. could any one help me in doing the same.

Also could any one give me a overview for taleo recruiting flow or some documents to find the taleo recrutiment flow.
