Did anyone have a temporary zone outage April 30?

We experienced an unexpected recruiting zone outage today, where all our recruiters could log in but all our req's and candidates disappeared. This also impacted our Career Site where external candidates couldn't apply. The outage started around 10:45am EST, and ended ~15 minutes later.
We attempted to log a Sev 1 ticket on the issue, however Oracle's Ticketing service was also experiencing system errors, which prevented us from logging the issue. We're trying to see if any other clients experienced this and what impacts they saw.
