Help with Perform Reports

Help!

My CHRO just emailed and needs a report by 10 this morning (5/3/2013)!  She is looking for overall average score for performance review, highest and lowest.  List of actual overall score by manager and average overall score by competency.  Average score of employees rolled up by manager at each level.

Is there a quick way to get this data?
