Additional job search fields on Careers site

We are adding Job Category (i.e., Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, etc.) as an additional job search field for candidates on the Careers site. We've added it as a picklist, but is it possible to have -Any- at the top of the list similar to the Location search field?  If a candidate selects a Job Category, there is no way to unselect it.  If -any- was a possibility, then this could be undone.  It would also look nicer.  Thanks!
