Resume matching feature

Hi All - Can anyone answer whether TBE has a resume matching feature anywhere on the product roadmap?  Already aware of the ability to rank applicants based on resume keywords and standard and custom field values, but looking for something similar to CareerBuilder's R2 (http://www.careerbuilder.com/jobposter/staffing-recruiting/page.aspx?pagever=RBU_ProdToolsR2) -- where you can provide a job description or an "ideal resume" and have the system return matching candidates.
