We use the Outlook plug-in to transfer candidates who have emailed their resume to us from their email directly into a Taleo candidate profile. While this works well most of the time, we've encountered some issues with it.

Is there a way to automatically have the attachements in the email added to the candidate's profile in Taleo, rather than us having to attach each manually?

Also, the system is able to auto-fill some information from their resume into their Taleo profile, but it's not always as complete as we'd like it. Is there a way to make that automated process more accurate or perhaps pull from other attached documents as well?
