Taleo Releases & My List Views..

Is it typical that during a release all my list views and fields in our custom views would disappear?

Example...we have resume under all candidate list views and now that field has disappeared and I have to add back to every list view.

Another example...we had rejection reason next to every candidates profile when rejected and now that is gone.

Anyone else have these issues?
