Hiding Closed/Filled Requisitions from Main Page

Does anyone know how to "hide" the closed/filled requisitions from my Requisition: Home page? I was thinking it would be helpful to add an additional tab to the Requisitions: Home page. Currently the tabs are: All Requisitions, My Requisitions, and My Current Requisitions. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks!
