Careers Website -- Application link brings error message

Hello,

After setting up the Careers Website, I am ready to send the link for candidates to submit an application for the open requisitions. However, once they hit the "submit" button to register their email addresses (for the first time -- these are brand new candidates), they receive the following error message:

"An error occurred. Please try again. If the problem persists please contact the Human Resources department of the company you are applying to. We apologize for the inconvenience."

I've submitted a service request because I cannot find any answers in the resource center. The new applicants tab is the only thing giving problems... I've also tried this with returning applicants and there aren't any issues. Does anyone know what I may be missing?
