TBE Perform - review workflows

Hello,

I have 2 particuIar review workflows I would like to set up, but I don't seem to be able to figure out how:

The 1st workflow should allow the employee to edit information that can only be seen by the employee until the information is submitted:

1) Employee edits the review (review is invisible and uneditable by the review manager)

2) Employee submits the review => now the manager can edit, complete,...

Each time I try to remove the edit from the new status, it seems that after submission of the review by the employee the review manager still can't view/edit the review (status stays "New" after submission)
