Is there any way from the Admin level to stop the "Candidate updated application info" emails from going out to req owners? I see I can edit it in my personal settings, but it doesn't look like I can do it across our company. It is very confusing to hiring managers so I'd like to turn it off for all. It does not look like it was assigned in the system templates area.
