Candidate Data Transfer

Hello,

We are wondering if we are able to transfer new job data to an employee record. When a candidate is converted to an employee, the new job data is also tranfered. Can this also be done when an existing employee receives a new job - can the new job data be transfered onto the already exisiting employee record?
