How to manage employee termination?

Hello,

We would be very interested in knowing how you are managing the employees' terminations in Taleo Performance.

We are trying to use TCC to automate the employee termination management but we have many questions: if we use TCC to deactivate an employee, at the same time, we have to remove his manager from the user account but at the same time, what to do with the direct reports of this collaborator?

And do we have any field to keep the information of his termination date?
