Percent of Candidates Sent to Hiring Mgr who are Interviewed

Hello,

Does anyone measure the percent of candidates sent to the hiring manager who are selected for an interview?  We are in the process of determining a recruiter performance goal for this metric and I am researching some benchmark data.  If you use this metric at your organization, would you be willing to share your percentages and perhaps some best practices?  I realize that the data can vary based on the industry though.  I am looking for some benchmark data for mostly corporate type roles.
