Course is marking as completed when you Failed the Assessment

I am working in Captivate 6 and I need to see if there is a special setting I need to check to make sure that if the employee does not pass the assessment the course will not be marked as completed.

Is there a special setting in Taleo Learn that I may not know about?

Is there a special setting I may not know about in Captivate 6?

I have the settings as enabling reports, the score is 99% and checked as Incomplete-->Passed/Failed.

Any suggestions or ideas are greatly appreciated.
