Outside data to improve Taleo based scorecards

Hello,
Currently we provide quarterly MS Word scorecards and PowerPoints to our business partners to show them numbers and breakdowns related to their recruiting in Taleo. Numbers we are currently include are: total hires, diversity of slate, overall reqs posted/canceled/filled, high level applicant funnel numbers, trend data for the last 3 years, and a few other figures. Although we have changed the scorecards and presentations year to year we are starting to get asked by the business for more supporting data.Things like total available applicant pool, diversity info by geographies/functions, brand (i.e. who is leaving what companies and where they are
