Avg. Appliation Time to Hire is blank on some Application IDs

I built a report in the staffing universe that found the average time to hire (as defined by the difference between a req.'s first fully approved date and an application's latest hired date). I filter only on filled requisitions and where application job offer status is "Accepted." I wanted to build an analytic that showed this information, but it seems that I need to use the Avg. Time to Hire measure fom the Talent Management Universe. No problem, except that I cannot get my calculated average time to hire (in the staffing universe) to match the one in the Talent
