Differences Between Data in Staffing Universe and Talent Management Universe

I am noticing there are several differences in data for applications in the Staffing universe and the Talent Management Universe.

 

For example, I am noticing that many applications have a "Latest Hired Date" and requisitions have a "Req. First Fully Approved Date" in the Staffing universe that is one day different from the "Application Hire Date" and the "Requisition Fully Approved Date" in the Talent Management Universe for the same application ID. On a few records, the difference in approved date is greater than just a single day, and the "Requisition Fully Approved Date" is a later date than the "Application Hire Date," which doesn't seem possible (both fields are from the Talent Management Universe).
