User returned to login page unexpectedly

Prerequisite:

• Internet Explorer 9
• Latest Microsoft updates installed (July 2013)
• Browser is used in a reduced window, e.g. NOT fullscreen

Symptoms:

• When navigating between Center products (Configuration, Recruiting, OnBoarding, Career Section admin) the user gets intermittently logged out and brought back to the login page for no apparent reason.
• If a legal agreement (statement, privacy agreement) is displayed before login page the user simply loops on the login page forever.

Solution:

• simple workaround: use browser in Fullscreen mode
• Issue is fixed in
  • 12C.7.5 and above,
  • 13A.5 and above
  • 13B and above
