Is anyone else having trouble with Place of Residence, Job Field preference and Location preference

We have noticed that when a candidate is applying and select "Region" under Place of Residence, the next field for Country isn't opening up for them to complete, but when they get to the bottom of the page and hit "save and continue" they get an error message because the required fields aren't completed.  They then have to go back and select the Country, but the "Region" field doesn't pop up, so they click Save and continue again and get the error again and then have to go back and enter the Region.  Once complete they can finally Save &
