Does anyone have issues with Taleo List views for the roles??

I heard from our hiring manager today morning that when he logged in Taleo, he is able to see all the requisitions instead of just his requisitions. So i happen to login into Taleo and was suprised to see that even the Admin list views are gone and it is showing up only ALL Requisitions and also the same thing with Employees Tab which is showing all employees.

I had to go to user roles and modify the list views for each and every role, this is a strange threat to the privacy laws. We had customized views to certain users and it will be a huge pain to roll back this to the their earlier views and it costs huge time.
