We have noticed that our candidates appear to be having an issue when using their tablets or smart phones to apply for jobs.  It seems that if an application is made utilizing a tablet or a smart phone, applicants receive a message that their submission is complete – even though it is not.  The recruiter then gets the partial application and sends the new email correspondence notifying the candidate that their app is incomplete and they should go back in to complete.  However, if they go back in with their phone or tablet, the applicants still cannot tell what is
