List Formats, Filters and Variations

Hi All,

We have highly customised out Variation 1 list formats for all users.

A specific group of users are requiring default filters for Requisition Specific Candidate lists and others do not want these.

As these users all have different configuration files, I can easily switch them to a different variation. This however will require the long set up and customisation of that varied List Formats.

As each of these user groups would never use the same requisition specific file (as they all use different workflows) it would be ideal if we would be able to select default filters for specific steps. However each change is filtered through to all lists.
