Has anyone notice Taleo Hanging after log in?

For one of my colleagues Taleo takes a very long time to log in. He goes through SSO no problem, and it then it hangs before it goes in. (sometimes up to an hour)

This happens in Firefox, Internet Explorer 9 and Google chrome. I have also checked out the links and all seems fine.

Does anyone have a solution?
