We currently do not have WOTC incorporated into our workflow in Taleo, rather we have new hires manually fill out the paperwork during orientation. We are thinking of putting the form into Taleo and I was wondering how other organizations manage this? Do you have a passport set up with a vendor such as ADP or is there another way to complete the form without involving a third party?
