Can't view Active link pop-up contents

Hello! I have a user who is unable to view the active requisitions a candidate is linked to. When she hovers over or clicks on the "Active" reqs link within the job submission, nothing happens. I assumed this was a computer configuration issue (enabling pop-ups, etc), but she has the same problem when logging in to the computer of a colleague who is able to view the contents of the Active reqs link. She is the recruiter on the reqs and nothing seems amiss with her user profile. Attached screen shot. Thank you for any guidance you can provide here!
