E-signature on applications

Just wondering if you have your applicants e-sign at the time they apply to a position or if you have a secondary application flow for e-signatures.  Currently we have a secondary application flow but are considering having applicants esign at the time they apply.  This will eliminate the need to send (automatically) an email to the applicant with the link.  We're having problems with that.  Thanks!!!
