How to create a candidate profile and capture prescreen responses

When the recruiter creates a candidate and adds them to a job req, is there any way to request the candidate to answer the prescreen questions?  In our previous software, we had the ability to "invite the candidate to apply" that would send an email with the link to capture their responses.
