WOTC Screening - Application Process

I am looking for some feedback on where in the application process other companies are serving up the Work Opportunity Tax Credit screening? We currently utilize a two pass application process and serve it up on our 2nd Round. We are looking at some additional possibilities but I want to understand where others are capturing the WOTC screening.
