Hi there,

When I search for an existing candidate by first and last name in the candidate keywords field, their name doesn't appear in the results.  However when I type their email address into candidate keywords, their name appears in the results.  When I search by first and last name, I always type + in front of the name. Any help with this would be great, thanks.
