Evaluation Management - Bugs?

Hi All,

I am working with a client to upgrade Taleo from 12B to 13A - one of the key features we will be configuring is Evaluation Management. While testing the feature, we came across the inability to request Evaluation Feedback to another evaluator through the system as we get an error message (We encountered errors during processing. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please try again" after clicking "send request" button . Has anyone else experienced this as well? If so, any feeback would be amazing!
