Evaluation Management?

Hi,

I am really keen to have a better understanding of what exactly Evaluation Management is but I couldn't find any user guides on KX. Think perhaps I didn't search well enough.

I know it sits under "Libraries" in Recruiting but I have a few questions around this;

- Is there a third party integration

- Is this configurable by the system admin only?

- What is Evaluation Management primarily used for?

- Are Evaluation questions used in the same way as screening questions?

- What are used examples of Evalution questions?

Any response to some or all of my questions will be most appreciated.
