How can I sort Open Reqs and see posted requisitions only?

I have a large number of requisitions that are Open but not currently posted. After I unpost a Req it takes weeks, sometimes months to clean up the applicants and close the Req. Is there a way to have a tab for Posted Reqs only and and a tab for Open but not posted? Thanks.
