Notification to KO-R candidates?

Hi

I can seem to figure out when someone is automatically rejected based on screening questions (i.e. ranked as KO-R), do they receive an email notification of being unsuccessful?

If not, is there a way to set this up?

I cant figure out what happens to them once they are rejected and have a sense I have not set this function up correctly. I think they are only marked as being unsuitable from our end, but am not sure they are receiving any notification of the fact.
