(12B5) Flash Player version 11.8.800.168 (and .174) causing strange characters

Hi,

We just wanted to share an issue we encountered with Flash Player version 11.8.800.168 and 11.8.800.174. These versions of Flash Players are causing strange characters for non-english language in requisition's job description, offer letters and correspondences.

There is no fix identified yet by Adobe and the workaround suggested is to downgrade to 11.8.800.94 version. Downgrading will not resolve existing issues encountered prior the downgrade. Users need to modify the offer letters, job descriptions and correspondences that are encountering this issue and should notice that issue is no longer encountered.

We are just checking if there are others who encountered this issue. If so, what workaround was performed besides downgrading?
