Candidate to Employee Conversion Workflow behavior

Hi everyone,

I wanted to check that I have this configured correctly (and I'm not missing something and this is just the way the two parts fo the system interact). 

When I convert a candidate to an employee and use the conversion tool, Taleo will dump me back into the candidate list view for the requisition I was working in rather than taking me to the employee list view in Onboard to work with the new hire (which would be the more useful place to take me in terms of working with a new hire).  Is there anyway to adjust this?
