"Referred By" field

I have agencies who submit applicants and would love to see a litte more information when I see the list of candidates....

RIght now - when someone applies and they identify that they were referred by an employee, they enter the employees name in the field and when the candidates are listed, this shows up directly under the candidates name.

Is there any way to have a drop down of agency names, and a sub drop down of names of the consultants at these agencies that shows up under the candidates name?  Trying to make it easier for my recruiters to identify which candidates were submitted by which agency and which recruiter at that agency..
