We have several vendors we use and I want them using the system.
#1) I DO NOT want them to have access to ALL the information found in the requisition (salary data-- we have certain contractual obligations that cannot be disclosed in certain areas-- salary is one of those)
#2) I did test this with one of the firms we work with and they had to complete both internal applicant questions and external applicant questions as part of the application process. This should not be happening.
