Is there a way to retain self assessments if manager did not complete review?

Is there any way to retain an in-process review (e.g., completed self assessment, no review done by manager) for a terminated employee? Also, is there any way to retain an in-process review (e.g., completed self assessment) for an current employee whose manager did not complete the review? In both instances, we would like to retain the self-assessments as part of our records.
