Taleo 13A upgrade

Hi,

Has anyone experience having candidate work experience or educational background.  There are even instances wherein the job description as entered by the candidate disappeared.

This happened when a client upgraded from 7.5 to 13A.  Has anyone experience something similar and if so, how did you address the issue ?
