Are "Time" (Hours/Minutes) based fields available?

Hi!

I'm wondering if Taleo provides Time based fields where you can select from a list of "times", such as 12:00, 12:30, 1:00, 1:30, like a calendar field but with a clock instead?

We'd like to use it for our shift-based reqs to indicate the start and stop times in order to drive consistency in how the information is entered. 

If nothing is available, has anyone done this using a selection list?
