OnBoard - EE log-in credentials not being sent

When we set up employees to start receiving OnBoarding activities and bundles, somewhere along the way they stopped receiving the email with the link to the system and their credentials.   I'm taking a look at our admin set-up and things look fine, and I can't identify where we're going wrong.      Employees get notices of assigned activities, but not how to log on.

Any thoughts?
